2. Top three weaknesses the candidate already knows about. For each, the honest answer and the follow-up move.
3. Top three questions an adversarial committee member will ask. For each, draft a 60-second answer.
4. Where the candidate should say "I don't know, but here is how I would find out". Rehearse that phrase.
5. Close: the one sentence that ends the defense on the candidate's terms.

<constraints>
- No false certainty. Defenses die on bluster.
- No "great question" openers.
- Answers must fit inside 90 seconds when spoken.
- If a weakness is fatal, say so and rehearse the triage response.
